If you could buy just one Silly Songs CD for kids - this disney Classic should be THE ONE!! You have probably owned it on cassette, that was quickly sold out shortly after it was released. Today, this CD continues to put smiles on faces of kids everywhere.
The idea of music on this CD is to tickle the ribs of little kids by putting together twenty of the world's wackiest songs and have Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, and other Disney cartoon characters make their appearance throughout the album. For example, doing "Ta Ra Ra Boom De Ay!" Mickey and Goofy exchange some bad jokes. A few of the songs have actually appeared in Disney movies, such as "When I See an Elephant Fly" from "Dumbo," which is given a different interpretation by a "teacher." Some of the songs are sung by a group of kids, some are done by adults singing solo, usually with vocal affectations (e.g., "Little Bunny Foo Foo"). If you little ones have never heard these songs, then "Silly Songs" is certainly one way of providing an introduction. Every kid should know the words to "I'm My Own Grandpaw," "A Peatnut Sat on a Railraod Track," "Three Little Fishies," "There's a Hole in the Bottom of the Sea" and the classic "Be Kind to Your Web-footed Friends"
This is my most favorite disney Album! ★★★★★
Maybe I've just got a penchant for the silly, but with songs on this album like, "What's Your name," and "I'm my own granpa", you can't help but be roped in by the zany fun. I owned this on a tape back in 1993 (?) and was sad when I couldn't find it on CD later. When I located this one, I snapped it up right away!

Wonderful CD of Disney Classics ★★★★★
I bought this CD when my twin boys were born. Fourteen years later I find myself singing these songs to my two year old daughter. The songs are fun and SILLY - and most of all they are timeless! You can't go wrong with this disc.

Still a Great Collection of Children's music ★★★★★
I had this "album" on cassette when my son was a baby almost 13 years ago. Expecting another child soon and went looking for it again, along with the Disney Lullaby CD; my teenager still remembers these songs fondly, and I can't wait to share them with our new little one. Tip: put this CD on when you're changing your child and sing to him/her; keeps them fascinated (and still!)

Great Silly Songs ★★★★★
Spent countless hours singing these songs with my son when he was little. Swinging in the hammock, going for walks. All of the songs are upbeat and really engage any child. They are different and done in a super fun way. There are tons of songs and this is a guaranteed great time with any kid!!

Silly Songs ★★★★★
I used to play these songs for my granddaughter's when they were little. We'd sing along and they loved it.
They are grown now and I bought this for my niece's son. She remembered the songs when she was young and wanted her son to enjoy them too. He is..
They are easy to sing along with and our favorites were "What's Your Name" and "Little Bunny"... They really are silly (but fun) songs.

Disney CD's and other Kids songs ★★★★★
My grandaughter Brooke loves to take the CD'S on trips with us. It really keeps her occupied when she is not sightseeing. Her CD player is going all the time with various CD'S we bought at KIIDSCDS. She attends pre-school and enjoys singing her songs with friends. It all started with Puff The Magic Dragon, and we still don't know how or where she got it from.

Fun songs ★★★★★
These songs are classics and fun, upbeat renditions. I guess I prefer more traditional versions, but the CD is fun for my baby to listen to.
