Laurie Berkner's most charismatic disc to date, Buzz Buzz, opens with a salvo that kids will immediately relate to: "I Really Love to Dance." If the title doesn't say it all, the insistent blues-and-bluegrass beat and Berkner's buoyant chorus fill in the blanks. That same vocal energy surfaces again and again on Berkner showstoppers like "Pig on Her Head," the a cappella "Telephone," and the Bee-happy title track. As always, a steady stampede of funny originals and kiddie classics ("Eerie Canal," "I've Been Working on the Railroad") ensure that this collection rockets to the top of the preschool hit parade.
